All orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground or LTL Freight when appropriate. Shipping applies to all orders. Shipping cost is determined by items’ size, weight, and destination address. We will ship without signature required unless otherwise requested. For expedited delivery, please contact our customer service department before placing your order. Free Shipping promotions exclude Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. Shipping charges may change due to specific customer delivery requirements & any accessorial charges that arise.
We will accept returns on many of our products only with a return authorization number (call or email for this number). All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. The customer is responsible for the return shipping with proper packaging. There is a 25% restocking fee for all returned items. We will not accept returns of used, discounted or discontinued items under any circumstance. There are no returns on custom orders including logo mats, custom sizes, custom colors, cut lengths/rolls, pre-designed mats, interlocking mats, floor tiles, car mats, salon mats, bathroom mats or any consumable items.
